Red Face One Hundred and Five

I’m not a fan of strength training (yet) so have put off my red face until almost midnight.

I Did my first pilates session today too, and in my lunch hour Like what the?

It is actually completely possible and it was really convenient. I’m confident this is where I need to improve the most, so  I cannot wait to see the changes this makes to my body.

Tonight I just jumped on Youtube and typed in ‘thigh workout’ and went through three different 10 minute workouts (middle one was an ab workout), and I was done. Must mention that it feels like EVERY muscle in my body is aching already.

Time to rest.
