Red Face One Hundred and Forty One

Lot’s of red faces today. I was one of the first at the gym at 550am… week!

I did an awesome PT session learning more about body building and all of the equipment in our gym. Then, after a crazy day, and an invite to exercise at almost 10pm, I went back to the gym with Melissa where we ran on the treadmill and stretched right up until we had to leave. It feels so good and it was really fun.

Red Face One Hundred and Thirty Nine

Oops i forgot to post this yesterday morning. I completed an intense workout with my original PT again. Christie helped me to become the best version of me way back in October 2015 when I committed to seeing her 3 times a week.

If you want rapid results, this is how you do it. Every personal trainer is different and i get a unique experience from all that I’ve been to. If you don’t like one, try another. I always go into my sessions ‘wanting to reach my limits’. I don’t see the point of investing in them to help me, and then using excuses all session and complaining.

The amazing thing that happens is that I normally end up being able to do something I didn’t think I could. This is the best feeling and I’m addicted to it. It’s all about being a little better each day than you were yesterday. I compare myself to myself.

139 red faces and no ‘duck face’ until today. Hahaha!

Red Face One Hundred and Thirty Eight

Had a great weekend… but admittedly it went from having a ‘cheat meal’ to a ‘cheat weekend’. This makes me all the more determined to smash it this week and burn the extra calories consumed. So it was off to the gym at 6am for an intense PT session.

This week i have committed to working out twice a day every day until Friday and then two big sessions on the weekend.

In the words of Jim Rohn: “If you really want to do something, you will find a way, and if you don’t you will only find excuses’. I choose to not only find the way but take the actions towards it. Our words are worth nothing if we say we are going to do something and then don’t do it.

Woo! bring on this week.

Getting Red Faced with this awesome chick who has been getting Red Faced for the last month.

Every Red Face is one step in the right direction.

Exercise is essential for mental wellbeing and the more active I get, this is becoming more evident. I’m so excited to share this journey and make a positive impact on other people’s lives.

Fat burning pre-breakfast workout. Feeling great and I can actually notice the changes now… I’m so close to getting rock hard abs!

I’ll post my photo from October 2015, when I committed to a more active life: When I invested in seeing a personal trainer… one of the BEST decisions of my life!

(Then of course starting a commitment at the beginning of the year to get ‘Red Faced’ every day has just catapulted my success)

Exercise is essential, but as little as 5 minutes a day can be your game changer!

My PT session this morning was awesome. I’m looking forward to next Thursday now. I didn’t realise the amount of absolute dedication that goes into making enough time, and in learning all the aspects of body building. Until 5 weeks ago I didn’t even know what ‘macros’ were… oh my goodness! And if you are reading this and have no idea what macros are… don’t worry as I still haven’t mastered it yet. I have downloaded the Myfitness pal premium for about $60. It’s really helping but it’s a consistent thing to remember to do to achieve accurate results.
