I made this little trick up and it’s helped me remain focussed on my weight loss goal.

Every time I get to the next weight I rip the old weight off and it reveals my accomplishment.

This process has been great! I’m only focusing on the next kilo.

Some weeks I can go up in weight (which was fine as I’d keep the two most recent postits to allow for this to happen) and stick back on if i went up.

They don’t stick as well, so you then have to get back to where you were to keep up with this ‘game.’ It doesn’t matter how long it takes – it’s all about one step at a time and it’s helping me, so maybe it could help you?
