My personal weight loss journey gained national attention and my mission is to help free as many people as I can from the emotional eating prison we can become trapped in.

HOW WAS THIS CREATED?
My dad Russell plays a very large part in this with the last 3 RF’s as these are what he has instilled in me. Respect for Self, Respect for Others & Responsibility for Actions.
I struggled with severe obesity for more than 5 years in my 20s and the mental struggle to lose the weight sometimes felt never-ending and overwhelming. In 2016 I finally lost all the weight I had gained after I committed to getting ‘Redfaced’ every single day for the entire year. I finally lost the 50 kilograms (110 pounds) of weight and gained a new belief system in myself. The first RF: Redface is from 2016 when I Redfaced daily and shared it on social media. Redfacing daily has been a life changer for me, and the RF 2: Real Food – started with my mum growing up living a very healthy lifestyle, though I didn’t adopt this for a long time!
I now never try to be perfect and am consistently working on being a better human. I make mistakes all of the time. I have a terrible habit of overloading myself and saying ‘YES’ to everything, I am aware of my annoying habits and I have areas that I focus on improving every single day.
My Core Message since I started getting ‘Redfaced’ (Red face Defintion: as little at 5 minutes a day of exerted, intentional exercise to get ‘redfaced’ or puffed out) has been that even the smallest changes can make a massive difference.
