Beginner Boot camp 6 Week Challenge


6 week challenge: Beginner boot-camp in Bokarina. Starts Tuesday 5th April.

3 sessions each week for 6 weeks.

530AM Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Fridays

Normally $45 per week, only $30 per week if purchased in full before the boot camp starts. (Options for 3x $90 fortnightly payments available if you prefer to pay in installments.

What you receive: 3x 45 minute exercise classes each week for 6 weeks.

Classes are held on TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY mornings at 5:30am in Bokarina.

Bring a Towel and Water bottle (Filtered water available) & a smile 🙂

Arrive 5 minutes early to ensure we start on time in case some participants need to leave straight away.

6 weeks full payment or split payment options available.

You will receive the direct deposit details when you click purchase and you then have to manually make the payment with the bank details provided. Please DO NOT USE PAY PAL to pay as they charge a fee (if you do accidentally pay via PayPal, the fee charged to Brooke will be required to be repaid to her by you.)


Once I have confirmed your payment, you receive an email with everything you need to get ready for the first session on the 5th April. Brooke has a healthy meal plan cookbook that is available in an e-book if you wish to receive a copy, this will be offered to you in the email on Sunday. This is free, or you may wish to purchase a hard copy of the book in the shop.
